Run a knockout

Win and you go on. Lose once and you’re out, or give every team a second chance. The bracket fills itself in on the TV.

  1. 1Choose Knockout

    In Setup’s Play step, choose Knockout. Win and you go on. Lose once and you’re out, so it’s quick, with one clear winner.

  2. 2The bracket on the TV

    Enter each score, and the winner moves on in the bracket. The TV shows every match, from the first round to the final.

  3. 3Who you play next

    Each player’s phone says who their team plays next, and when and where. Under it is the team’s way to the final.

  4. 4Or a second chance

    Choose Second chance under Options, and losing once doesn’t end a run. Lose twice and you’re out, so every team plays at least two matches.

Good to know

  • Turn on Third-place match under More options. The two teams that lose a semi-final play for third place.
  • A match that ends level asks who went through. Add a tie-break score too, if there was one.
  • With 6 teams, 2 go straight to the semi-finals. The Knockout card says so before you start.
