Once your draft is complete, share results or integrate with other tools using Draftastic’s export features.
Exporting to CSV

- Click “Export Draft” under “Create Draft CSV”.
- The file includes:
- Participant details (name, email, team, labels)
- Team information (name, captain, members)

Use this for:
- Importing into spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel)
- Generating reports
- Integrating with event management software
- Archiving results
Closing the Draft
When drafting ends:
- Go to the draft header.
- Click “Close Draft”.
- Optionally set to read-only mode to prevent further changes.
- Confirm to finalize.
Closed drafts show final teams and can still be viewed, but no edits allowed.
Sharing Final Results
- Share the draft link – viewers see final teams in read-only mode.
- Export CSV for external sharing.
- Use the Feed to announce completion.
Read-Only Mode
Lock the draft anytime to prevent changes:
- In Settings > Draft, toggle “Read Only Mode”.
- Useful for preserving results or pausing edits.
This ensures your draft data is portable and secure post-event.
